A: Nope, according the led module size and cabinet size, such as ph4.81mm is 500x500mm for smallest unit. But the size can be customized.
Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.002%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new parts with new order for small quantity.
If the screen has serious damaged ( e.g. The whole cabinet couldn’t work normally) caused by human, we would repair it with charge based on the cost .
